  I do not recommend this place at all; the staff is not diligent, and it seems like even they hate working there. I have been trying to cancel my membership for medical reasons since November 2025, and now that it is August 2026, the process has been impossible and frustrating. They are only interested in collecting the monthly membership fee. I have tried various methods: I went in person, sent emails, sent a written letter with medical documentation via certified mail, and contacted the bank to stop the payments, yet nothing has been enough to halt these charges, which have become abusive. The only step left is to go to the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. I have concrete, physical proof of what I am saying; this is the WORST place. Save yourself the hassle and don't waste your money--there are better options.

  Extremely frustrating experience. I attempted to cancel my Planet Fitness membership, but I am still being charged. I no longer live near this location, and when I explained that, I was told I either had to come in person or go through the extra step of sending a certified letter.<br><br>I spoke with Marcus Wright and made it clear that I simply want to cancel a membership I no longer use. Instead of being able to handle a basic cancellation over the phone or through a simple online process, I am being required to spend additional time and effort just to stop future charges.<br><br>Signing up and taking monthly payments is easy, but canceling should not be made unnecessarily difficult. Customers should have a straightforward way to end a membership, especially when they have moved away and cannot reasonably return to the location.<br><br>Very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend that anyone not to get a membership to this gym. I will caution every one on know not to joi

  Hi, Arelis. If you need to cancel, you can send a handwritten letter request by mail, visit the club in person, or you can log into your account through the member portal to cancel online.   This one is smaller than most so it's pretty cramped. Otherwise it's the standard PF. The machines are machining come get some.
