I called to inquire about pick up and drop off and the manager was extremely rude. My kids were 15 minutes away from their establishment and I was told "No" within 2 seconds of speaking to her in the rudest way possible.

I called to ask about my daughter leaving her belongings on the bus, and the experience was very disappointing. The staff member I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. She told me it was the bus aide's responsibility, but the bus aide was the one who gave me this number to call in the first place. Instead of assisting or guiding me, I was brushed off and spoken to with a lack of professionalism.<br><br>As a parent, I expect better communication and basic respect.

Just had a scary experience with the school bus, firstly tracking was not available for this bus on the APP, we tracked him via our own AirTag, and the bus just flew by our stop without stopping. My son is the only child left on the bus, we were so scared of the bus driver overlooking him as he maybe sleeping in the back, and when I called the company hoping to get connect to the driver, no one answered the phone. Scariest moment ever. Thank god the driver turned around eventually we were able to get our son.

This bus was driving recklessly on route 4, cutting right in front of us did not even use a signal light. Please do something about your drivers.<br><br>Bus # PB084044 around 3:40pm 6/11/25 Wed route 4 going to Teaneck rd
