  I sent photos and measurements of my windows and asked them to help me make several blinds to fit them. They agreed to do this after I paid. So I paid, and they made blinds and sent them- without confirming with me first. They don't fit right. I am missing several brackets, so some blinds aren't even hung up. One of the motorized blinds has gone haywire, after less than a dozen uses, and no longer functions. I've tried to contact them for quite some time, and have never received a response. Then I saw someone post a review here and the company contacted them. So let's see if they contact me....

  Best company to work with! The quality of the blinds is excellent, the customer service is outstanding, and the prices are very reasonable. Jay and MK were both amazing to deal with--professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process.   I ordered dual blinds for my bedroom. Unfortunately they shipped with the wrong bracket. I called Springblinds and they shipped out a new bracket the same day. Great customer service.

  I recently installed custom blinds throughout our home and absolutely love them!<br>The large living room window was done with zebra blinds, and it completely upgraded the space with a modern and elegant look.
