We had a great experience working with Abbott and Sons! I rented chairs for our awards ceremony and needed them delivered by 9am on a Sunday morning. Since their usual delivery window is between 9am and 12pm, they went above and beyond by delivering the chairs the day before to make sure we had everything on time. Their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our needs were so appreciated. We would absolutely love to work with them again in the future!

We had the most AWFUL experience with Abbott and Sons. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! THEY WILL CAUSE YOU WAY MORE STRESS THAN YOU DESERVE!!!!<br><br>We scheduled our rental furniture to be delivered between 9-10am the day of my baby shower, which started at 12pm. At 10:15am I gave them a call to see where they were because no one had shown up or contacted me yet, but they didn't pick up the phone or return my message. I had to call a second time and the officer manager, Coleen, wasn't aware of the late delivery. She said she would find out and give me a call back, but she never did. The delivery staff didn't arrive until 11:30am!!!!! and the furniture wasn't in the room until 11:45am--15 mins before the party started. By that time we already had guests arriving, and had to put them to work to set the tables and prep the room for our party. To say they totally ruined the morning and caused everyone a TON OF STRESS on what should've been a joyful and stress-free day for the party host

Never using this service ever again. I had asked them to come at 11:00am and they arrived at 11:45 am when my daughters party was at 12:00pm. They also forgot the linens for the table. It was so embarrassing in front of the guests. I asked them for 2:30 pm pick up and they ended up coming at 4:00pm and also argued that I asked them to come at 4:00pm . The lady on the phone was extremely rude !!! Save your money
