  Oh please nobody wants to hear complaints as long as this company gets the rent there are times poops bags are empty. For couple weeks I elevator doesn t work for 2 months air condition in hallways they took the knows off so they can t be turned things seldom get fixed the excuses are they are by themselves Cleaning is always on 1st floor cause people come in too rent There should be 2 shifts of maintenance and cleaners I am surprised the town or state hasn't y come in and fine the apartments some renovated get new appliances but renter there already have same old scrappy ones then nerve to charge over 5% every year increase for what We are pating for services I don t blame the workers I BLAME CORPORATE AS LONG AS YOU GET THE RENT THEY DON T CARE MAYBE CORPORATE SHOULD LIVE HERE TH

  I have been living at Parc for the past six months and have had a very positive experience. Allison Guinness has been a true pleasure to work with and has assisted me on multiple occasions. She is consistently responsive, attentive, and solution oriented whenever I reach out with a question or concern. Her professionalism and dedication have made a meaningful difference, and I truly appreciate her support.

  I made an appt. to see the apartment and turns out it was AI on my email. When I went in person to the leasing office some girl named Allison was soo rude not welcoming at all rolled her eyes told me to wait outside. Never said hi or welcome give me a moment do you need something to drink she was terrible customer service. Am sure the owner doesn't know this girl is ruining his properties reputation. I have worked for high rate property management like Taylor Management this girl would not last one hour there. The mail room was like a tornado hit it. all doors were open to the public. the movie room smelt like feet and not impressed at all. It was not meant to be to see apartment.

  I just moved out of this building one of the worst living experiences ever. If you're moving to lyndhurst choose another place to live. The building is extremely dirty, elevator does not work. Front door hasn't worked for a month so any one can just walk into the building making it unsafe. The front door of the building is missing a handle. My Neighbor is moving as well they're extremely disappointed with the living conditions of the building. Every floor smells like weed and garbage. It's so horrible that as tenants we had to place an air wick in the hall way to try to kill the smell. During the summer there's to many flies in the building my neighbors on my floor have fly traps in front of their doors which is not a good look when you have guest over. The machines in the gym do not work it's a waste. Went to wash clothes and the machines were not producing water to actually clean the clothes it was crazy. If you're looking to move here don't waste your time this place is a DUMP. AION

  If I could give 0 I would. I've had a very disappointing experience living in this apartment complex. For the amount of rent being charged, the level of service and maintenance is completely unacceptable. The customer service is consistently careless and, at times, outright rude. Concerns are either dismissed or handled with little urgency, which makes it frustrating to deal with even basic issues. As a resident, you expect to feel heard and respected. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case here. On top of that, the property itself is in need of significant maintenance. Issues take far too long to be addressed, and some are not resolved properly at all. When you're paying high rent, there's a reasonable expectation that the living conditions will reflect that cost, but this complex falls short. Overall, I would NOT recommend living here unless major improvements are made in both management's professionalism and the upkeep of the property.

  Allison was extremely helpful throughout the application process. My mother was extremely thrilled getting approved for the apartment. Allison was kind throughout the tour and made my mother feel extremely comfortable. If you are interested in moving to Parc at Lyndhurst, please ask for Allison. You will be in great hands!
