  I was hoping to give this zero stars if I could but I can't. Unfortunately me and wife had the privilege of working with an agent Roy Matthew of this firm and it was an absolute disaster. We were told he was the listing agent on the property and upon our tour he says that we as tenants have to pay him a fee. Completely wrong. It was also implied that we had a deal with the landlord but they just dragged along the process. The agent mentioned that he will represent both of us but didn't represent us at all. He ignored us and didn't cooperate one bit and just stalled and after 2 weeks tells us no. They tried to swindle us and just provided a horrible service.

After speaking with the owner of the property and the agent that assisted you, we need to clarify a few things. This listing was presented through a Real Estate company and with that a fee would be incurred for this rental. This was also noted on the listing through the site you contacted our office through.   I used them back in August, worked with a realtor a lady Sheetal R. She seems nice at first however After the owner had agreed to rent to me i lost the apartment. As a single mother for some reason we are constantly discriminated against I'm sure I'm not the only one out here and won't be the last. She spoke to the owners, I met them and i was told i was waiting for the owners decision. Sheetal texted me they would sign and had decided to move foward. I was working and was unable to text her back after 3 hours and she than replied to me "I texted you and you didn't reply so I thought you were not interested and she than told the owners i was not interested than she said the apartment was taken off the market when i asked her to send me the lease" than she told me thru text I should have called her if i was interested......I had applied and seen the apartment and met the owners amd they had agreed so...... to me this women has a constant power struggle issue and is very unprofessional a

  Hello Ms. Arias, we are disappointed with the review you posted. Our office strives to provide excellent service always. However, we are refuting the information you posted. Several factors went into you not obtaining the apartment after being initially approved. One is the response time in obtaining the information required to move forward was not received in a timely fashion, you did not respond to Sheetal's email or text's request to reach out to her to as some additional information for her
