PJ Sushi in Fort Lee is a true hidden gem. The cutest couple, Patrick and Jasmine, run this small family-owned sushi spot, and you can feel the warmth the moment you walk in. Don't let the simple, no-frills appearance fool you--the sushi is fresh, generously portioned, and consistently delicious. Great quality, great value, and genuinely welcoming owners. Sometimes the best sushi spots are the ones you'd easily drive right past. Definitely worth stopping in!

The best!<br>Could improve on utilizing ceramic bowls and spoons for hot miso soup for eat-in. Instead of the flimsy plastic. Maybe even something non-plastic for hot miso take-out also.
