  Today, the owner, Ed, approached me unprovoked and harassed me for the second time. I was not on or near his property at the time. Despite my clearly stating that I was not interested in engaging in conversation, he continued to approach me aggressively and attempted to antagonize me into a confrontation. When I refused to engage, his behavior became increasingly hostile and intimidating. His actions felt like deliberate bullying and were entirely unwarranted.

  The owner follows me out of the store screaming hysterical for exchanging quarters at the machine. As a black woman I feel this racially motivated. I have never been screamed at like this in my life. He threatened police action for exchanging quarters, told me he had anger issues and that was the reason he was allowed to scream at and attempt to humiliate me.

  First it wasn't Ed. It was me the other owner. She is a total LIAR making up a story to suit her narrative. Danielle has been coming into my laundromat for months and taking $20-$40 of quarters from our machine. All on video. We are not a bank just a small business. She comes in the other day while I was there . I recognized her from the video. After she takes $20 of quarters I asked her if she was doing laundry. She said YES.   This is the cleanest laundromat around and the staff is friendly and nice. Great PLace

  Machines are dirty & old. Doors have mold & soap dispensers are filthy.

  Horrible machines!! I used two different machines to was my clothes separate. One of the machines wasn't working, even after I put a lot of soap. The machine didn't wash my clothes right. I told the lady with the short ginger hair about it and if she could possibly change my clothes to a different machine so my clothes could wash properly and she refused, she said there was nothing wrong the machine. I showed her how the other machine I was washing my clothes did bubbles and was washing my clothes properly and she didn't care. Horrible customer service and horrible machines. Never coming back again.
