Came in for regular service and wasn't aware of an alignment issue. Gabriel explained how important the alignment was for my tires, and I feel confident my vehicle will last longer with his recommendations.

I called this location for a quote for routine service and drove over an hour to get there only to be told it would be almost double the price. When I brought up the phone conversation I was told that essentially I was lying. I guess their website is lying too, because they said price quoted there was wrong too. I guess their logic is if you are already there you have no choice but to give into their tactics, but you always have a choice. Go to Prestige Lexus of Ramsey! Better customer service and honest quotes.

Avoid this place at all cost. I've given this location multiple chances, and I regret every single one of them. They over charge, scam type amount of money, and the last time, they damaged my car, they got into an accident and their manager called, lying, being extremely rude and not admitting their mistake, only after they saw my honest review. What a disgrace.

I regret calling here, coming here. They asked for 5555$ for a paint repair. Then I came in, they damaged my car. Their manager who were lying and rude on the phone. This place is a major reg flag and scam.
