I would recommend the Avalon to a friend or colleague because the facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming, and everyone around is friendly and professional. Overall, it provides a great atmosphere and experience.

Entire staff is very supportive. Front desk does a great job of checking in and supporting community outreach. Maintenance guys such as Andy and Rob are incredibly responsive and quick to action. Very pleased with my time living here!
