My experience with this hospital was not that great. One of the nurses were great but the the doctor was actually terrible. The doctor stuck her fingers inside me while i was having contractions and it was such a displeasure. The food was great though and the room was excellent however Hackensack is not my fav hospital right now.

On July 24th, I delivered my baby via a planned C-section, and I am beyond grateful to the entire medical team! Going into surgery is always incredibly stressful, but thanks to their extraordinary care, support, and professionalism, they made this journey so much easier for me.<br>Surprisingly, I don't even remember the pain that normally comes with such procedures; instead, I only have positive and warm memories of the day. A huge thank you to Dr. Sophie Ann Joseph and her team, the anesthesiologist, and all the nurses. They were not only highly skilled and competent in their work but also deeply compassionate and attentive.<br>I also want to highlight the exceptional care I received in the postpartum unit after the surgery. The nursing staff provided wonderful, high-quality support during my recovery. Thank you for helping bring my baby into the world in such a safe and comforting environment. I highly recommend this hospital

My wife gave birth to our first child last month here at HUMC. I must compliment the entire staff (especially nursing/PCAs) at the labor and delivery unit along with mother baby unit. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They often provided reassurance throughout our stay. Highly recommend the women's hospital.
