  I have had numerous bad service from this company despite the fact I use them multiple times a week. They do not care about you as a customer. Today I was taking a car into the city for a meeting. I had foot surgery and was walking with a cane and carrying bags. The driver did not pull up, did not get out of his car to help me, and then told me had to stop for gas. This is why Uber is putting these guys out of business.<br><br>Frequently their cars are in poor repair. I strongly recommend you avoid this car service at all costs. If I could give them zero stars I would. Looking for a new car service.

  Used Aura for round trip service from Caldwell, NJ to JFK. The pickup in Caldwell was seamless and the driver was VERY considerate. Called from Rome,Italy to let Aura know our flight would be in early and was told they would track our flight to make sure they were there to pick us up. Got out of the airport and called to find out our driver was going to be over an hour late. The manager proceeded to tell me that the car left their garage in NJ at 2 pm but they wouldn't arrive until 6:15 due to traffic YET according to google maps it was only an hour and a half trip with traffic which means they didn't track the flight and didn't pay attention to when we were arriving. There is no way their driver left at 2 pm. He probably left at 430 even though our flight had landed by that point. I had to sit in the airport with 9 students after being up for 18+ hours and traveling while waiting for the car service. Do not use Aura if you are coming in to JFK. This was a disaster and horrible.
