Regret hiring this company. Booked chimney cleaning and chimney cap installation seemed inexperienced and left debris inside the home. The cap installation doesn't look secure and I'm worried about rodents or water entry. Their recommended chimney repair sounded urgent but they didn't provide documentation or photos to explain why. The cleaning cost also increased without a clear justification. For anyone considering a chimney service, insist on transparency around chimney repair needs and a detailed invoice. I won't use them again.
