  When I tell yall the sweet potato cake with the icing is the BEST cake I've tasted in a long time! The cake is so moist and really tastes like a sweet potato pie ....but the cake version. Had me DM'n the chef asking where he's gonna be next lol. That's how amazing the cake is!

  Very Disappointing Experience -- Would Not Recommend<br>I'm extremely disappointed with my experience ordering a cake from this baker. From the beginning, communication was not what I expected, and unfortunately the final result was even more disappointing.<br>I do want to be fair and acknowledge that in the beginning, communication was good. When we were discussing the design, servings, flavors, pricing, and details of the cake, he was responsive and engaged. I felt comfortable moving forward with the order and making my initial $300 deposit.<br>However, after the deposit was made, the communication became much lighter. It was primarily me reaching out for updates and information rather than receiving proactive communication from him. That became frustrating, especially as the event date got closer.<br>I provided specific details about what I wanted and had an expectation that the cake would reflect what we discussed.   The cupcakes that I pre-ordered were amazing!! The customer service was superb!!! If you need baked goods for an occasion or event....call Fresh Start Bakery!! You wont be disappointed!!! Im about to order for my next occasion!!
