  Regal Candelabra was an absolute pleasure to work with and honestly one of my favorite vendors throughout the entire wedding planning process.<br><br>Moshe was incredibly helpful from the start and made everything so easy. He even allowed us to take a candelabra for a demo so we could coordinate with our florist and make sure everything looked exactly the way we envisioned. That level of flexibility and customer service meant so much to us.<br><br>Luis handled delivery and setup, and everything was placed perfectly. The candelabras looked stunning and helped bring our vision to life beautifully.<br><br>Most importantly, they are just genuinely great people. Kind, accommodating, professional, and so easy to work with. We couldn't be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Regal Candelabra to anyone looking for beautiful pieces and exceptional service.

  The atmosphere is welcoming,the staff treats you with real respect. They get things done and make sure you're taken care of, and you can feel that they actually care. The experience is smooth to place a order. Definitely place I'd recommend to anyone looking for quality services.

  Unprofessional, Unsafe, Unethical and Nightmare Experience. We rented 20 table candelabras and 4 floor candelabras from Regal Candelabras for our Halloween wedding, paying $3,385. I spoke several times with Moshe and was assured the pieces would include hurricane glass (required by our venue) and be appropriate for the tables. We also agreed on a Thursday delivery and setup, the day before the wedding, which the company initially confirmed. However, after we signed the contract, they informed us they could no longer deliver Thursday and would only come Friday morning -- the day of our wedding. This directly contradicts the recommendation on their own website, which advises delivery the day before events. The team arrived Friday morning but left before setup was completed, even though setup was included in our contract, because the venue tables weren't yet arranged. Instead of coordinating or waiting, they dropped everything off and left. The candelabras were far too heavy and oversized

  Regal Candelabra provided the centerpieces for our wedding and they were absolutely stunning. Moshe was very easy to work with and they were able to deliver and pack up the candelabras at our venue on the same day. We also got a chance to tour their showroom before signing the contract which sealed the deal for us. Can't recommend them highly enough!
