  Gave 1 star to write this post. DO NOT recommend this place. Moreover, I do not recommend Dr. Nicholas Berado as he does not know what he is treating. He gave me splints to wear that ultimately changed my bite and did NOTHING to help with my symptoms.<br>Just to add, the splints that were given to me at this location did not have a passive, comfortable fit and was extremely tight-very difficult to remove. Nobody should be subject to uncomfortable, ridiculously tight, difficult to remove splints as it can harm one's teeth/gums...when I showed the splints to Dr Berado, even he agreed that it was made too tight.<br>Ultimately 8 months later, I had an MRI that proved that I didn't even have what he was initially suspecting. Moreover, he did NOT even follow up with me personally to discuss results after ordering an expensive diagnostic test. DISAPPOINTING, DISHONEST, and UNPROFESSIONAL provider. My experience Seeking care at this facility was immensely frustrating

  Been coming here for over 2 years and honestly had okay experiences with Dr. Bernardo and his staff. Came here initially in April/May 2022 for displaced disc in jaw, Dr. repeatedly told me it would take only a few weeks of splint therapy to correct. It's been over 2 years of following instructions and regular visits, with little improvement, outside of being mostly pain-free. With each visit he would tell me a longer time frame (6 weeks, a few months, to 6 months, to a year+). I'd rather be given the hard truth - that likely at this point it will never be corrected and I'm simply managing it. Additionally, was often billed incorrectly, and was told by staff that they are "just billing what the Dr. told them" and had difficulty answering my questions. They also couldn't book anything more than a couple months out (odd) and would forget to mail me reminders.

  Very courteous and friendly staff. Dr. Berardo was very thorough and informative. Will be returning for procedure soon.<br><br>Update**<br>Had procedure last week and even though it was rough for me, I wouldn't have chosen a better Doctor than Dr. Berardo. He was super gentle and patient during my extraction which turned difficult. He and his staff made me feel at ease and in good hands during the procedure. I definitely recommend anyone to this practice. Specifically Dr. Berardo.
