I reserved a car for 9am for a roadtrip with my family of 6, and when I got there at 8:45am, they said they didn't have the minivan that I reserved weeks in advance. They said they meant to give a call but there was no call. They said they could call one to come but then we waited an extra 1 and a half hours for the car to come.. we wasted this time that we could've been driving to our destination. They are not proactive workers, only reactive. I will never rent a car from here again.

Don't rent on this location. They said online they have vehicles available and when you arrived they dont have anything available. We spend $120 to get there in uber for nothing.

Just had the pleasure of doing business at the Fort Lee Bergen Hertz office. Every time I come here I'm reminded why I do business with Hertz specifically this location. Their manager Christopher made things so easy and even upgraded my rental zero charge... a new Grenadier. I had an absolute fantastic time with it. Thank you CHRIS and thank you HERTZ!

I picked up a car today and the gentleman there was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It's so hard to find good service like the way the gentleman has provided me today.
