I called the Garfield location to ask specifically if they have a couple of different meals. The girl put me on hold and after about 10 minutes, she hung up on me. not very nice

Amazing food and huge portions! As you can tell from the picture, they really hook it up. The meat was cooked perfectly and super well-seasoned, paired with perfect rice and beans, and delicious sweet plantains. A huge standout was the salad too-it was incredibly fresh and came with a generous amount of avocado. It has that real authentic, home-cooked flavor. I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat

Ordering here is a sure hit or miss situation. Based on what you want will determine quality or quantity as well as price. I have been eating from here for quite some time and I finally realized that everything is very much overpriced. A meal for two can easily take you over $50 - $60; and that is the bare minimum based on small portions. Larger orders will definitely take you for a ride out the park.<br><br>Save your money; there are certainly other places with great food for less.
