I just had my Altima's 5000 mile service-and I was so pleased to be assigned to Vanessa Robinson. She has helped me many times before at Nissan Riverside, in Hackensack. Vanessa makes the experience so pleasant. Her professionalism, intelligence , experience, and personality are what makes me want to go back again and again.<br>I suggested to the manager that she'd be my choice as a trainer for new employees.<br>I know when I work with Vanessa, everything will be taken care of!

8/27/26<br><br>I had an excellent experience at Riverside Nissan, especially with Will our salesman and Mr. Salazar in Finance. Will was honest and straightforward--no bait and switch--and I got exactly what was promised even down to my exact color combination! I also got the best price compared to all the other dealerships and so-called brokers I spoke with.<br><br>Mr. Salazar was wonderful as well and made the entire process smooth and easy. Overall, Riverside Nissan has been the best experience I've had in almost 20 years of leasing. I highly recommend them!
