Their quality and craftsmanship is second to none. I love their 3D printed models because I sometimes use them as a teaching tool to help patients understand their mouth. They have always been very responsive to question/concerns and helped me complete my cases in a timely fashion with great results.

I've been using this lab for almost a year now ever since the rep Miko came into my office to go over what the lab offers. I've sent everything from nightguards to large implant cases to them and everything has come back looking great and fitting well. The communication with the team there is great and the prices are also very competitive. Overall I'm happy that I switched labs to ProDirect lab.
