    Since Fitness Factory took over the gym, the steam room has been out of service for over two months. Now the sauna is also down. What's more frustrating is the complete lack of communication--no updates, no timelines, nothing. These amenities are a major part of the membership value, and without them, it's hard to justify staying. If this continues, I'll likely cancel and look for a more reliable gym.

    Called for some info and they were not friendly or inviting at all in customer relations.

    new management FITNESS FACTORY, but still a great gym and pool/spa.<br>the hours are noted in the photos

    Group classes lack variety, options and dynamism.<br>Not extensive hours.<br>Personnel are more on their cell phones than guest attentive.
