  I have now purchased multiple watches from The Timepiece Collection, and my experience has always been excellent. David has been a pleasure to work with every time. He is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to work with me to find the right piece.<br><br>He has even helped put aside a hard-to-find watch for me, which I really appreciate. The service has been professional, honest, and friendly from start to finish.<br><br>I highly recommend The Timepiece Collection, and especially David, to anyone looking for a great watch-buying experience.

  Did I buy a watch, no, but was I impressed, very very much so. I went in to see a preowned Parmigiani Tonda GT as I wanted to add another daily to my collection. Christopher helped me out and was extremely friendly, brought out multiple pieces in different colors and then started suggesting other brands including a new micro brand Lorige. Having established relationships with WOS and Wempe already, I always wanted a local shop that I could rely on for new pieces. He also offered to pressure test some of my existing watches prior to going on vacation, which has never been offered to me anywhere else. It's one thing to have a relationship with a retailer that you spend thousands of dollars at but I was just a walk in. I look forward to my next visit with Christopher and the Timepiece Collection team.

  Working with Jorge Davila was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. He came highly recommended by a friend, and he exceeded every expectation.<br><br>As first-time Rolex buyers, we appreciated how patient and knowledgeable he was throughout the process. He took the time to educate us, answer our questions, and help us understand our options without ever making us feel pressured. His professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless--even from a distance (we are based in Virginia).<br><br>Jorge helped us source two incredible timepieces. Despite coordinating everything long-distance, communication was always prompt, clear, and reliable, and he delivered exactly as promised.<br><br>If you're looking for someone you can trust to guide you through a purchase, I can't recommend Jorge highly enough. He made what could have been an intimidating process enjoyable and memorable.

  I brought my broken band on my Piaget watch to Time Vallee. Laura Korpa helped me who was a trained watch maker and fixed my band in minutes. She is very competent and professional in her work. I highly recommend Time Vallee.
