Exceptional service! Joe exceeded my expectations.<br><br>I woke up on a Saturday morning and the receiver wire of my hearing aid broke. It was going to be a busy weekend and being able to hear well was important. My wife contacted Joe and he was at our house 1 hour later. He fixed it without a problem and also educated on best practices for taking care of my hearing aids. I learned more in that short visit on how to care for my hearing aids than I have in the 8 years of visits to my audiologist. Joe even brought a back up, loaner pair of hearing aids just in case he was unable to repair mine on the spot. Thank you, Joe!

I cannot recommend Hearing Aid Helper enough. As a fellow veteran, I really appreciated the direct and professional approach they bring to the table. I was a bit skeptical about a mobile service at first, but the level of knowledge and expertise Joe brought right to my door was actually better than any office I have visited in the past.<br>The customer service was exceptional since he was incredibly patient and really took the time to make sure everything was perfect. The product itself has been a total game changer for my daily life. It is great to support a veteran owned business that clearly takes such pride in their work. If you want someone who actually knows their stuff and treats you with respect, this is the place to call.
