From the very beginning of our home-buying process, Eddie went above and beyond to help us during every stage of the process. Eddie always made himself available to answer our questions and we are so grateful for his responsiveness because it truly made a difference in our experience as first-time home buyers. Eddie's promptness, professionalism, knowledge of the market, and kindness made the process so much smoother. He did such a wonderful job explaining what was happening every step of the way and always kept us informed. We can confidently say that Eddie looked out for us and always had our best interests in mind. He would provide us with feedback, ask follow-up questions, and suggest things that we may not have initially considered. He would advocate for us and was very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. As we all know, house hunting can be a nightmare. Eddie was beyond helpful and most important, patient. He was knowledgeable on listings that fit both my, and my husband's, wants/needs. He made suggestions that caused us to think 'outside the box' and with his help, we were able to close on our first home in just under 3 months from the date we started looking - in the middle of the pandemic. To say he's great at his craft would be an understatement. If you're in need of a realtor, definitely contact Eddie.
