  I would not recommend this funeral home based on my experience. During one of the most difficult times for a family, communication should be a top priority, but unfortunately that was not the case.<br><br>I never received a single proactive phone call or update. Every piece of information I obtained was because I repeatedly called them myself. I was told my loved one would be sent a week ago, but that never happened. After not receiving her, I called again two days later only to be informed that she had not even been sent because they were still waiting on the death certificate.<br><br>While delays can happen and I understand that some circumstances are outside of their control, the COMPLETE lack of communication is unacceptable. Had someone simply called to explain the situation, it would have prevented a great deal of unnecessary stress and frustration during an already heartbreaking time.<br><br>In addition to the poor communication, I found several staff members to be abrasive and

  I'm very grateful for the professionalism, support, patience, understanding, cooperation, and most of all how beautiful of a job they have done with my mother's body. She looked like herself as if she was sleeping and could wake up any moment. I am saddened at the loss of my mother and I wish it wasn't real but by Gods grace, God was able to help my siblings and I provide proper funeral services for her as the last opportunity we got to honor her physical body. :(<br><br>Not everyone is blessed to see their deceased look like themselves during wake services. From my experience, this establishment seems to really have something very special...so if you are seeking a place for your deceased beloved, look no further. <br><br>Thank you .

  During one of the most difficult times in our family's lives, the staff at this funeral home showed us incredible compassion, patience, and professionalism. They took the time to listen to our wishes, answer our questions, and guide us through every step of the process with care and understanding. Losing My Mother wasn't easy & I can't even express the amount of gratitude I have for Eternity Funeral Home. What meant the most to us was the beautiful job they did in preparing My Mother.I was able to sit down with Mr.Booker & his family to share pictures of My Mom. I was so eager to do her makeup but Tiffany & the daughter of Mr.Booker assured me that My Mom was in good hands. Seeing her look like herself brought our family a sense of comfort and peace that words cannot fully express. Their attention to detail and dedication to honoring her memory was truly remarkable.We are deeply grateful for the kindness, respect, and support they showed our family during our time of grief.   Funeral director / owner is rude and arrogant. He is looking for money NOT TO HELP FAMILIES during their most difficult times..... So sad, families take your money elsewhere

  Eternity Funeral home did an awesome job with my loved one. They were professional, kind and personable to my family throughout the entire process. They are highly recommended. I would certainly use their services in the future.
