    I've lived here for about 2 years now and I've been happy the entire time. Gina and Genaro have both been a joy, the amenities are clean and available and it's been a welcoming environment as someone that's newly relocated here from another state. Feel very secure for me and my family and that is priceless.

    I've been a tenant here for almost 3 years and couldn't be happier. The building is well-maintained, management is responsive, and Gina and the owners are wonderful to work with. One of the best places I've lived, and I highly recommend it!

    I recently moved into 300 State street and have been extremely pleased with my experience so far. The building itself is well-maintained and offers a range of great amenities that make it a comfortable place to live.<br><br>I would especially like to highlight the excellent service provided by Gina from the management team. She was incredibly helpful with the lease signing process, addressing all my concerns promptly and professionally. Her assistance made the transition into my new home seamless and stress-free.<br><br>Thank you, Gina, and the entire team for making me feel so welcome!
