  This place is no good. They will not stand behind their work whatsoever. Linda is the secretary who is actually the wife of the owner. the owner's name is Julio but if you ask to speak to him she will just say his name is Keith. Linda is not to be trusted and as always their service is not good.

  We have researched and found you were provided with a 3-year warranty At the time of your call the warranty period had already been expired for 7 months. Since you were out of warranty, we did offer a discount which was not accepted.

  OUTSTANDING Customer service.<br>My phone call to Elegant Bathtub Reglazing was answered promptly and professionally by Linda.<br>I was able to provide her with pictures of my claw foot tub.<br>I was able to get an estimate emailed to me very promptly.<br>I was pleasantly surprised at what I believed to be a very fair cost. I was able to schedule a date based on my strict time schedule and it was no problem for Elegant Bathtub Reglazing to accommodate me.<br>The work was done in a timely fashion and with the utmost professionalism.<br>The end result was much better than I would have ever expected.<br>I would highly recommend Elegant Bathtub Reglazing.

  Just wanted to take a moment to share my experience.<br><br>The initial call<br>-I called several different companies. Elegant was the most responsive and courteous over the phone. The process of making an appointment was very easy, simply requiring a few photos and asking some very basic questions. The wait time for an appointment is also very reasonable.<br><br>The work<br>- The service team was extremely punctual, explained the process, then meticulously laid down drop cloths in my home as to not damage anything. An exhaust fan was run out of our bathroom window to minimize the odor that comes with this type of work.<br><br>A plastic sheet and a drop cloth was also hung on the door entranceway to Mitigate any dust from exiting the bathroom as they prep the tub.<br><br>Post Glazing<br>- Instructions were left with us after verbally telling us how to care for our newly finished tub. I think the photos speak for themselves.<br><br>In conclusion<br>-Do not hesitate to reach out to Elega

  Very professional company! They showed up when they said they would and did exactly what they said they would do! Marco displayed incredible attention to detail and took the prep work very seriously. highly recommend!
