  Such a great place to join. Everyone was so welcoming and kind, the workout was intense and pushes you. Clean studio and such sweet workers, especially Maria at the front desk!!

  I had an amazing experience at Orangetheory! The coaches and staff are incredibly motivating, knowledgeable, and supportive, making every workout both challenging and fun. The classes are well-structured, with a great mix of cardio and strength training that keeps things interesting and helps you see real results.

  * It's disappointing that, instead of addressing my concerns or trying to resolve the issue; Within about 24 hours of my review being posted, two new five-star reviews appeared. They also did not remove my name from the complementary list despite charging me $28 for the workout.<br><br>2 stars because the coach was knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my first impression at the front desk was the opposite. I'm moving to the area this fall and explained that I planned to join, even if it meant driving an hour until then. While I was already on my way, I was told my free 1-day trial would instead be a paid drop-in because I live outside the 5-mile radius. I turned around because of it and only came back after being encouraged to, which is why I arrived a few minutes late. What stood out most wasn't the policy, it was the combative, unwelcoming interaction that made it clear my business wasn't wanted. That experience alone cost this location a future member.
