Truly could not have imagined having this many issues with the company. Something is always off or wrong and I have to contact them more frequently than anyone should. They don't always get back to you. Times that they do, you have to wait for a few days. I have a busy schedule from morning to nighttime and can't always be on the phone. However, when I am, I'll be told that the issue was resolved, only for it to happen again next time. I have constant issues with autopay (where it just won't extract your payment even after checking with a rep on the phone that you're all set up and the payment method is current). I also have issues with switching or turning on/off services (I'm a landlord, so between tenants I have to take over the bill, but for whatever reason, no one at Veolia can process the idea of two properties belonging to one person, so something always messes up with start/stop dates, service vs. mailing addresses, etc.). And, I have issues with getting a response when I have

We paid water bill at 5 PM and they still have not turned on our water it is 10 pm right now they keep telling us 6:30 7:30 8 8:30 9:30 complete joke and unprofessional dumb water company

Veolia had to come to West New York, NJ to put in a new fire hydrant today. The crew, under Angelo, were the most respectful an proficient. They replaced the hydrant but not before putting alot of new pipes an other parts in. The entire crew worked well, cleaned up after every move an left the whole area in a safe new condition. We take for granted wen we use water. It is eye opening to watch ur professionals address these most serious issues. Thank you all! An Veolia ty for hiring men of great character. God bless u!
