  I had an amazing experience with Flavio and highly recommend him!<br><br>I originally purchased my massage chair directly from the Osaki website. When it recently broke, I honestly had no idea what to do. I found Flavio and reached out to him, and he immediately gave me the right contact information and explained how to create a service ticket.<br><br>Within about a week, the replacement parts arrived, and Flavio came to my home to complete the repair.<br><br>I was genuinely amazed by how knowledgeable and professional he was. He understood every part of the chair and explained the entire mechanism to me like a professional engineer. I later found out that he had actually worked as a technician for Osaki, and suddenly everything made sense--he truly knows these chairs inside and out.<br><br>My only regret is that I didn't purchase my massage chair through Flavio in the first place. After meeting him, it was obvious that he knows far more about these chairs than a typical salesperson an

He is incredibly kind, helpful, and always there to answer every question I had. He is also very punctual, and from the very first meeting, he made me feel comfortable and welcomed right away.
