Had a great first experience here. Needed a pre-employment physical done with proof of vaccinations. I scheduled an appointment online. Showed up, and was immediately seen. Remember to checkin when you get there. I was seen by a lovely, professional, and super friendly nurse named Shauna. She took care of everything for me. Really happy to know about this place and somewhat surprised by the bad reviews here considering I got such great service.

Less than 1 star! Horrible experience at the clinic, I booked an appointment online for a flu test and travelled 30 mins and waited for an hour in the waiting lounge just to have the nurse cancel my appointment saying I didn't check in online when I had a confirmation code and pre checked online. Very rude people overall.

I had an awful experience here. I made an appointment in advance and showed up on time. I checked in on the machine and sat in the waiting area, which is behind a wall. After waiting about 40 minutes with nobody in sight, I went over to the door to see if there was a problem. I couldn't understand the wait when there were no other patients. The nurse practitioner came out and told me I "missed" my appointment because she didn't see me. BEHIND THE WALL WHERE I'M SUPPOSED TO WAIT. She never called my name. The NP refused to see me even though a gentleman who showed up said I could go ahead of him. I left in tears. Never again.

I came in with ear pain and sore throat. The staff member refused to look at my throat "because COVID" despite my being fully vaccinated and having a recent positive test for spike protein antibodies. Why see patients if you refuse to examine them? I was prescribed $70 (with insurance) ear drops. For quick care, I'd choose CityMD over this any day.
