  I went here for a consultation in January as I am backed up over a year on my taxes and self employed. Felt super comfortable here and figured I would be doing my taxes with them for decades. After a few months and a few email exchanges I got flat out ghosted. Wish there was more to it, there isn't. I always take into consideration it is tax season they are busy so I would wait days in between reaching out. I have been emailing and calling for over a full month and have gotten no response what so ever except the secretary telling me to continue to send emails and wait for call backs that do not come. If they did not want my account all they had to do was say it. Considering I need my taxes done quarterly and payroll soon, I am not sure why they would not want my business. To be honest it really bummed me out. With all the tax services in the area, do yourself a favor and do not choose this one.

  Imperial Agency has been taking care of our accounting for over 10 years. We could not even fathom bringing over our business anywhere else. Very communicative staff, professional advice, and they are very fluent in accounting and small business taxes. We highly recommend them for any of your accounting needs!
