To start off, DO NOTTT get the Strawberry Matcha. It tasted like swamp water and Play-Doh with a side and spoiled milk. It was nothing like the picture at all. The Tiramisu Matcha was just as bad and also tasted like swamp water.<br><br>On top of that, the customer service was TERRIBLE!!!. The employee was rude and had an attitude from the beginning. We politely asked if she could remake our drinks or refund, but instead of trying to help, she started complaining. I had to keep asking before she finally agreed to remake them, and even then she continued to have an attitude. She was unprofessional, unfriendly, and made what should have been a simple interaction unpleasant and rude!! I don't think she is well suited for a customer service role.<br><br>One good thing though is the blueberry cake is very nice and moist you should get tyat and there was also no espresso in the store. There were many drinks that you could not even order due to the lack of ingredients.

I got the Honey Lavender Matcha Latte and it was really good!! I've never had macha before so I don't have anything to compare it to but it made a great first impression! The lady in front of me was deaf and having a very hard time ordering but the two ladies working handled it very well! I definitely want to come back and try their coffee and probably a dessert!

I came here to grab a coffee, knowing their closing time is listed as 9 PM. I arrived at 8 PM, but the staff refused to serve me, saying they were "about to close," which doesn't make sense given there was still an hour left. The workers were very unprofessional, rude, and had a clear attitude when speaking to me. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and not what I expected.

Poorly-made drink and poorly serviced. It took a good minute for the employee to bring her head up from looking at her phone to see there was a customer in front of her. In addition, the menu is misleading. Not all lattes include espresso (weird), but either way, needs to be clarified on the menu. Ended up having to go back to the cashier to pay for a shot of espresso and the male employee didn't even bother giving me a fresh espresso, instead gave me an old one. This place has a lot of nerve, considering its heavy foot traffic inside a mall. Don't bother ordering anything handcrafted here. Pastry and desserts are fine, since they aren't made in-house anyway.
