I enjoy working out with Dennis very much. I don't suffer through these work outs at all. He makes it fun, fast paced and time just flashes by. He is very professional, receptive to feedback and requests for special attention to aches and pains. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to lose weight, become more toned or just to feel better energized.

Dennis is the best personal trainer ever! Always positive, friendly, and smiling, you actually look forward to workouts believe it or not. He creates a personalized plan just for you and adjusts everything based on your needs and progress. No "one-size-fits-all" approach here. Super flexible and even travels to you, which is a huge bonus. Love him!
