My friend had a medical condition (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) where he it's hard for him to eat while standing up and the employee name Sarah told us to get up and "get the fu*k out" and started cursing at us and she was asking about my friend race and called him "Indian" just because of his looks. Please do something about that rude employee.

SERVICE IS VERY BAD AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND A EMPLOYEE NAME SARA IS VERY RUDE AND TALKS ALOT AND SHE KICKS US OUT BUT SHE LEFT SOME OTHER CUSTOMERS SAYING THEY GONNA HELP HER CLEAN and she is very very rude and also racist i think dunkin should fire her immediately and she also works at dante's pizza sometimes and she is rude there too

I like this place but I'm upset whenever they make ice coffee. They don't know how to make it. The sugar they put in doesn't resolve , even with the milk it tastes bitter. They add the sugar and after everything so when can the sugar desolve into the drink? So it's like your drinking bitter coffee with small chunks of sugar that hasn't been dissolved yet . This place needs to be taught how to make the ice coffee correctly.

I love the staff at main Street dunkin' donuts, Nico and the girls are great. Manager not so much and the place is always dirty. Other than that, my order is always ready when I call it in and they make it perfect every time.
