  The staff were very friendly and professional. I especially appreciate Ms. Asli she was extremely helpful with everything and made the whole process much easier.

  I had such a great experience at the PNC Bank in Garfield! The staff here are always so welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. I especially want to recognize Sezana, Biljana, and Roxanna--they truly go above and beyond every time I visit. They're patient, knowledgeable, and make everything so easy to understand. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. It's not often you find a team that's this consistent and kind. Highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for excellent service!

  Roxanne the manager had a horrible attitude! I was refused services to close account with this awful bank. Do not visit!

  The staff gets 1 MILLION The systems PNC bank puts their employees in gets negative 1 MILLION Everyone I encountered was PLEASANT, COURTEOUS, and most importantly PROFESSIONAL. My situation was horrible. Everyone was pleasant the entire time. Alexis, Jeremy, a tell who's name I can't remember and I believe she was the manager. Her name was ROXANNE SANTOS She did EVERYTHING in her power to resolve my issue as did EVERYONE under her leadership. Whatever she teaches needs to be studied at all banks. I will not discuss the policies of PNC Bank, but it makes the customers extremely upset and the employees MUST deal with 100% of that... and that's not the employees fault. So to Ms./Mrs. Santos and your team: KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK AND GREAT JOB!!!!!

  If you own a business dont open a business account in this branch or deal with the management Roxanne. She is the worst and she will mess up the accounts. She is arrogant, stubborn and rude.

  Dont open your business account in this branch or deal with branch manager Roxanna. She is the worst, she is rude and messed up my accounts. She is the WORST
