Upon final walkthrough of a home, I noticed a rather large crack in the masonry along the side of the house which my inspector missed. Ali was able to come within the week to evaluate the issue. He provided an honest assessment of the issue, answered all the questions we had and provide some general advice on maintenance of the specific property.

After a general home inspection, I scheduled a structural inspection with NJ Structural Engineers. Turnaround was quick. The engineer is very responsive, thorough, and pays attention to detail. The structural inspection was interactive and was a great learning experience as a first time homebuyer. The report turnaround was fast, comprehensive, and came with practical recommendations for each inspection item, and engineer's price estimates. The engineer that worked with me clearly enjoys what he does and signals trust with his expertise. He was happy to provide timelines and general maintanence advice which I appreciate, as well as recommendations for vetted contractors, remediation specialists and inspectors he has worked with. I would highly recommend NJ Structural Engineers to my friends and family.
