I was looking for an interesting place where I could pursue and improve my fitness. Regular gyms weren't cutting it for me. My doctor said I need to move more. So I looked online and I found Saverese Brazillion Jui Jitsu Academy. I saw good reviews and it was conveniently located near my job.<br>Seemed good to me. Professor Kayla explained the program and I was hooked. I<br>I found that it was much more than what I was looking for. I found my happy place on Tues. evening with the ladies in my class and Professor Ariana who is caring and knowledgeable and flexible in working with my abilities and challenges. . I came For better exercise, I found friends, support, goals, and persistence, and physical rewards, and stress relief. Right now, I am taking the self-defense women's class with Professor Ariana. There is a strong desire for you to succeed from other members. I also have to say that the gym has a lot of space and is very clean and comfortable. I do wish the changing room was a lit

Svarese Brazilian Jiujitsu is one of the best schools in Northern NJ. Professor Sav has decades of experience and is a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend training here.

Best gym in the North NJ area. Professor Sav is extremely knowledgeable about the sport, and has trained with its founders. More than that, he takes a personal interest in all his students, and really invests in their development. Anyone who wants to learn BJJ and puts in the time can get really good here. Also, the community is just amazing. Really nice people, and a family feel. Can't recommend the academy enough.

I stopped into train while in the area for work. Great class, very welcoming environment. Professor checked in on me to make sure everything was going well. Students were very helpful and welcoming. Definitely will be back. Thank you. OSS
