Jack Daniels Audi service center billed me nearly a year after the fact for a $53 toll. When the real toll was about $3. Their ez-pass didn't register, and now they're passing along their failure as my problem. That's not acceptable. I'll pay what I owe, but I won't cover your administrative mess. This kind of delayed sloppy billing erodes trust. I expected better from an Audi dealership.

Henry was professional, patient and knowledgeable. He was an absolute pleasure to work with on my deal. Anthony in the business department was great as well. Definitely recommend working with this dealership if you are looking for an Audi. Beautiful showroom.
