  Stopped by getting a coffee & bagels. Workers do not have respect for customers, they use trash word every conversation they use to each other. Not even much pay attention and they laugh at customers. This is not a business location unless they all replaced by another workers.

  I would leave 5 stars, except, now it isn't 24 hours. This was one of the few places I could goto 24 hours a day. And they don't even bother keeping their store sign light on at night, so you think you missed it and goto make another U-turn to find it. But it's not even 24 hours anymore, so guess it doesn't really matter if you find it or not. You just passed it, and it's already closed, but guess it also doesn't matter if you drive around in circles thinking you missed it. No more late now coffee in this area anymore. This was the only place along 46 in Northern New Jersey - unless you want to drive around to borderline Fort Lee (if that's still or is a 24 hour location). Too bad.

  Claro, aqui tienes la version en ingles, manteniendo el tono fuerte de la resena:<br><br>The worst service I have ever experienced. The customer service was terrible from the moment we arrived. They spoke to us disrespectfully, messed up the order, and when we tried to ask questions or explain what happened, they completely ignored us.<br><br>The worst part was that one of the guys started arguing with my 12-year-old sister. When we tried to talk to him about the situation, his response was basically, "Come inside and buy something," while they were literally closing the door in our faces. We kept trying to talk and explain what had happened, but they acted like they didn't care at all. On top of that, they were laughing in our faces as if the whole situation was a joke.<br><br>One of the girls with darker skin spent the whole time laughing and acting like the situation was funny instead of trying to help or resolve the problem.   I'm unclear why race entered the equation while I was simply trying to order coffee. Employees appeared to recognize me as someone they dislike. After I corrected their misidentification, they refused to serve me. This felt less like Dunkin' and more like a throwback to Jim Crow-era selective service.
