Don't loose your time if you need help to trap cats in your backyard to fix them. They have only one drop trap. It's frustrating. no help at all

The staff here are extremely rude and unprofessional, especially the blonde woman. They make you feel uncomfortable from the moment you walk in. You can hear them talking about you, and their attitude toward people who come in to adopt an animal is completely unacceptable.<br><br>People come here because they genuinely want to give an animal a loving home. Instead of making them feel welcome and appreciated, the staff make the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant.<br><br>Someone seriously needs to provide this staff with proper customer-service training and teach them how to treat people with basic respect and courtesy. Working at an animal adoption center should involve compassion--not judgment, attitude, or making potential adopters feel unwelcome.

The staff here were really rude and unwelcoming. The older woman at the front desk seemed annoyed whenever anyone approached her with questions, and it felt like she didn't want to be bothered. There was also another older woman volunteering who kept going around yelling at people not to put their fingers in the cages or pet the cats. I understand that there are rules and that people should follow them, but the way she spoke to people was unnecessarily harsh. Overall, everyone I interacted with seemed unhappy to be there, and it made the whole experience uncomfortable.
