I had my bag repaired here. When I picked it up, I immediately noticed loose stitching near the repaired handle. I pointed it out on the spot, but the shop insisted they hadn't touched it. They offered to repair the stitching only if I paid an additional $80. I was disappointed with how my concern was handled, especially since I noticed the issue immediately upon pickup. I am absolutely certain that my bag did not have any loose stitching before I brought it in for repair.
