  Absolutely do not live here.<br><br>I lived in a place these dunces managed. In mid October 4 years ago, our heat went out completely. My wife was weeks away from giving birth. When I reported it, the HOA president literally called me an idiot, accused me of lying, and said the heat was working. It was not.<br><br>We went nearly two months with no heat. During this time, my baby was still in the hospital, and the apartment was unlivable. I had to move my wife out and stay at my parents' house for several days because there was no heat for a newborn situation. Management did nothing except deny the issue and insult me.<br><br>The only reason this was ever fixed is because I overheard one neighbor telling another that they also had no heat. That is when I finally called the state and requested an inspection. Once the state got involved, the problem was suddenly acknowledged and fixed.<br><br>It turned out a broken relay caused half the building to have no heat, while the other half did.
