I had a great experience with Quality home care providers Facility. The staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They paid close attention to detail, completed the work efficiently, and made sure everything was done properly.<br><br>I really appreciate their excellent customer service, quality of work, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I call up for replacement cushion masks because the existing one split. They told me it would go right out. After 2 weeks and it didn't arrive, I called back. I was told they are back ordered. Still have a splt mask. "It will go out shortly". By then I was in Florida. Called back again and complained. They said it will go out soon. 2 days later guy calls me back ( first native english speaker) and asks if I want it sent to Florida?. Told him yes and confirmed address. 2 weeks later, no cushion/mask. Called again. Told it will go "right out". Ask what is "right out?" "It will go out in 5 to 7 days". They use USPS so that means almost two more weeks more. Still using cushion with split foam. If you find all this acceptable, then by all means enjoy their service. I want to switch vendors. Now I have to get a new perscription because they have me by the hose....
