Dr. Deborah Marcus is the absolute best! She provides a precise and thorough exam, describes the pros and cons of the various solutions available for your hearing loss (if you have any) and then provides you with multiple demos until you find the hearing aid that suits you best. She then fine tunes them so you get the best possible results. She is very easy to work with and is never rushed. I highly recommend her.

New to the area and I was so lucky to find Debbie and her team when my hearing devices weren't charging properly. Debbie went out of her way to help me quickly, set me up with a loaner pair of devices (same brand as mine) and incredibly negotiated with the manufacturer and arranged a courtesy repair of both devices at no cost to me. Great "above and beyond" customer service for a new walk-in patient.

I have previously been to three different audiologists and Deborah Marcus is--without question--superior to everyone I have ever worked with. She took exceptional care with me and worked with me individually, never rushing the process. She was not satisfied until every aspect of my hearing, as well as the fit and comfort of my new hearing aids was perfect.<br>What truly sets her apart is her availability and dedication--she made herself accessible to me whenever needed. On top of her outstanding professional skill, she has an incredibly warm and kind personality and never makes you feel like you are a bother. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I am amazed as I'm leaving here how my hearing is so much better than before, as a nurse so important. The doctor explains all the tests and what she is doing! I feel like a new person!
