  10/10 service. Have been going to Melanie for mani/pedis for a while now and she always does an amazing job! Asked her for a fun design today and she was able to do exactly what I had in mind.

  I gave this spa a chance twice. The first service I got was in August of last year where I got a facial. This was my first ever facial because I'm not very trusting with some estheticians and scarring. I figured this spa had a good reputation so I would give it a try. Of course the thing that stops me from getting facials is exactly what happened. One week later I had scars in all the places where blackheads were extracted. The second time I gave this spa a chance was this year in May. I decided to get a massage because I get them often, at least once a month. This is my first time getting a massage at fountain spa and it was horrible. As soon as I walked into the massage room I noticed that the room needed some serious updating. Not only that, the room had a strong musty odor because it had been especially humid outside for 2 weeks prior. The smell was so strong and pungent I had to have the masseuse put eucalyptus oil on a tissue and place it underneath my nose. There was what looked

  This was my second time coming to this spa, but the first time for mani/pedi, and I was so relaxed! Sandra was incredibly friendly and thoughtful, given I had hurt my nails a few days before, she was so gentle with my hands and feet. To top it off, she did an amazing French! I 10/10 recommend this place, and most importantly, recommend Sandra for mani/pedi services.

  I have been both traveling and working a lot .<br><br>Felt the tension in my shoulders and back. I just received the most amazing massage from Luis . I came out feeling so relaxed and my shoulders felt 100% better then when I walked in ! Yaaay thank you Luis

  My experience at the Fountain Spa in Hackensack was exceptional from the moment I booked my appointment until the time I left. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional, making for a truly relaxing experience.<br><br>Joao was an outstanding massage therapist. He was highly skilled, professional, and attentive throughout my session. I left feeling much more relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably looser. He provided one of the best massages I've had.<br><br>Denise was wonderful. She took the time to explain how to use the whirlpool and made me feel comfortable from the start. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and a breath of fresh air. Maria was equally warm and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience.<br><br>Dominique, who assisted me at checkout, was exceptional. From the moment I walked to the front desk, she greeted me with a genuine smile and provided top-tier customer service.   Hackensack location: Excellent massage (been there twice). Even better hospitality service, especially because I thought I lost my wedding band (on my anniversary, no less) and my masseuse (Felix?) and the older blonde Hispanic hospitality lady (sorry, I don't recall her name) helped look for it with me. The lady even donned gloves to dig through the trash!! ...the definition of going above and beyond! Thank you all!
