    Went in for a simple mani pedi the nail polish started chipping and cracking on my hands and feet same day. Will not be returning. Big waste of money.

    I went today for a gel pedicure and one of the technicians cut my toe. She didn't say anything just kept working. I told her at the end of the service "oh you cut me." She said "no no it's fine. You're fine." I think what caught me off guard is that she hurt me and didn't try to communicate with me if everything was okay. I was bleeding and she kept putting a blue liquid on my toe.<br><br>The service honestly was sub par. From the injury to the pedicure and then the massage - it was just all disappointing. I won't be returning. Stinks because they had so many great colors.

    The pedicure was meticulous -- from the soaking to the nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish application, everything was done with care and attention to detail. My feet felt refreshed and looked amazing afterward.<br>The best service I have ever received. Thank you!
