  I spoke to the Owner, Joe.. he wanted a $500 deposit to come to my home to check our AC. I did not feel comfortable giving a stranger that much money and asked if he would be willing to do 1/2, he said "call me back when you're comfortable" and hung up.<br>I've never paid any type of deposit prior to a service call. Extremely unprofessional

  I just met with the owner of the company, Joe: a waste of time for the two of us on a pleasant Sunday morning.<br><br>He came to inspect a rental property of mine in Bogota, Bergen County, where a central air unit needs repair/changing.<br><br>When we walked out of the house and were about to go to my own house 500 yards away, where he was to give me a quote for an AC system to be newly installed for the whole house, he suddenly said: "Oh, I forgot to tell you yesterday when we spoke on the phone that I charge $90 for inspection."<br><br>I replied: "Well, my house is 3 blocks away and you are already here. After you have a look at it, I want us to go to examine the house of my friend who is a 10 minute drive away in Englewood and needs a central AC system installed. Surely, you are not going to charge me $270 dollars for a total of one hour of your time, right?!"<br><br>He insisted he absolutely must charge me $90 per property because "everyone has to make a living".   ALL CONCERN:<br>Avoid doing business with this guy : RAFAELO KAZAKOV_ - Notorious doer.<br>He is getting everybody to do and take your time for FREE. He did it to me and my employee in the same manner. And still calling my employee repeatedly.<br><br>After spending almost my Sunday morning diagnosing his RENTAL property doing in and out of his property for solutions with his outdated Air Conditioning system ,checking the outside Condenser and the whereabout of the Air Handler<br>opening all ceil

  Absolutely Amazing! He did a great job for a great price. He was fantastic, very nice, and showed me how to work the controls on my central air unit. He really went above and beyond to help me out. Thanks again!!!

  Terrible service. They came over and charged for a visit without checking my A/C system. When I called back they did nothing but add insult to injury. I would recommend STAY AWAY!!!
