Precision Windows & Roofing, formerly Precision Windows & Glass, is a NJHIC-licensed contractor in Garfield serving all 21 New Jersey counties. We replace and repair roofs, install gutters, siding, chimneys and skylights, and we install and repair windows and fabricate custom glass. Running both trades with our own crews means we can tell you whether the water above a window is the window or the flashing, a call a roofer-only or window-only company cannot make. Storm damage and roof leaks get same-day response, and so does broken glass. You can also bring windows, sashes and screens straight to our Garfield shop instead of scheduling a service call. I was stuck, i had a roof it was 8 years old one part of the roof had a leak in 3 spots there was 2 roofs on there it was leaking I spent countless day trying to find the leak but to no avail i gave up i called grayson construction the gentleman came went on the roof with his expert know-how and explained the shingles were very porous and cupped in a lot of spots he suggested to replace one section up to the peak the price was very reasonable he sent a crew that day to tarp it we were expecting heavy rain the next day they ripped off 2 roofs in that section and put new shingles its been like 4 heavy rains since no leaks i would highly recommend grayson 5 star

So great! I had a broken wooden window on my ground floor that I wanted fixed as soon as possible. When speaking with Joe, he was able to repair it that same week within just a few hours! They even helped me open the rest of the windows that were painted shut. He also gave me a free roof inspection and quote. Extremely professional and took care of everything. Will definitely be using this team and recommending them for the future!

My upstairs was getting too hot, so I had Precision inspect the roof. They noticed the attic vents were old and replaced them while fixing a few shingles. House is noticeably cooler now. Good local NJ work.

Lost a few shingles after some high winds. They came out, inspected the roof, and had it patched up the same afternoon. Quick response and solid work. Would use them again for sure.

Had a small leak in the attic, so I called them for a roof inspection. They found the problem fast, did the repair, and replaced some bad flashing. No leaks since. Would recommend.

Finding the leak is the hard part, Kevin. Water runs along the rafters and decking before it ever drips, so the wet spot in the attic is usually nowhere near where it actually got in, and more often than not it traces back to bad flashing at a chimney, vent, or valley rather than the shingles themselves. That is why the roof inspection comes first. Glad the repair has held and you have stayed dry since, and Precision Windows & Roofing is here anytime something looks off up there.

Great experience from start to finish. The technician came out and fixed my sliding glass door quickly and professionally. I called on a Tuesday, they, came out to measure Wednesday and came back to replace on Thursday. Fast! They also offered a free roof inspection, i really appreciated. I also found out they handle roofing, siding, windows, and other exterior work. I will keep their number handy and reach out again when a need arises. Highly recommend
