    Guy was the absolute man. I was running late to get a package out and he stayed open and got the package boxed up for me with label out in less than 5 mins Appreciate you!

    This business demonstrates a serious lack of competence, accountability, and basic operational control. Staff appear untrained and unable to properly manage mail handling or customer requests, which raises significant concerns about the reliability and security of services provided.<br><br>The owner is consistently absent, leaving no responsible party available to address issues or correct errors. As a result of their negligence, my mail was not properly processed, causing delays in receipt of important correspondence. Mishandling mail is not a minor issue--it can have serious legal implications and reflects a complete failure to meet the standard of care expected of a mail-handling service.<br><br>The fact that this location operates through a third-party service (iPostal) only adds to the lack of transparency and accountability. Instead of resolving problems, staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and demonstrated poor customer service throughout the process.<br><br>Based on my experience

    Not a fair assessment. If you do not recieve any mail there is no mail to mishandle. I suggest u go to another ipostal location and gIve them grief for mail never recieved. GOODBYE.<br>

    May have missed sign. Anyone picking up Saturdays. Please call ahead!

    There is a sign on the door explaining why. Sorry for the inconvenience. The sign was there a week prior ample notice for patrons. If you are a virtual mail customer please call ahead for Saturday pick ups.<br>Again apologies...
